I used some printables by Heather Roselli at Sweet Shoppe Designs. It's very simple to do. Just unzip the files and print the three pages, cut out, score and glue. Seriously, the trickiest thing will be to come up with what to put on the coupons :)...and having just said that, I'm off to think about what to add on mine now :)
