I already had a little play with the green one. I have spent the morning making ATCs for a swap on ScrapPad. I used the geen one for the Christmas trees and I'm really pleased with the result of the ink. Managed to do 9 ATCs for the swap this morning. Will see if I can do another few another day maybe...
The ATCs are all done using my brand new stamps from yesterday too. Paper Artsy and Rusty Pickle. Lots of Tim Holtz distress inks, chalk ink and some Stickles crystal glitter glue for the borders (quite hard to see in this small photo - sorry).
Feel a bit like I'm getting a cold today...a bit of a sore throat, tickly nose and generally a bit chilly. Hopefully it's just one of those things that doesn't actually turn into a cold and is gone by tomorrow...
Ooooh these ATCs are lovely, clever you!
ReplyDeleteI've been looking at these little ink pads - are they the same sort of ink as the regular Brilliance pads? Can you emboss with them and do they take a while to dry.
soooo many questions...sory!
Thanks Kathy :)
ReplyDeleteThe Brilliance Dew Drops are exactly the same ink as the larger inkpads. It says "fast-drying pigment ink" on them...but I haven't yet had the chance to see if they stay wet long enough (if you're super quick) to emboss with. Hope that helps a bit :)
Oh Anso, if those ATCs are anything to go on, I'm just going to love your Christmas journal. I do hope you will share it with us, whether it's the size of a postage stamp or a house.
